Lour Yasin is an actor, singer- songwriter, and musical theatre writer/composer from Jerusalem.
Dubbed as the “Jack of all trades,” Lour has wowed audiences across multiple disciplines in the arts.
She led and starred in musicals such as “Next to Normal” and “Under the Sheet,” wrote and produced her own genre-bent Arab Pop songs such as “I’m Coming for You,” and starred in, directed, wrote, and composed a Middle Eastern/Rock/Punk fusion musical titled “Area D.”

In a span of ten songs, act 1 of Lour’s new musical—Area D—charts events in the life of a cast of characters who are eager to challenge the status quo—one Rock/Punk/Middle Eastern song fusion at a time. Featuring a rock band and a Middle Eastern quartet, it’s one of her most accomplished works to date.
